Dr. Maya B. Faison is the founder and CEO of the Faison Advisory Group (formerly known as the Bugg Consulting Group). She has over two decades of experience in leading & launching successful organizations; facilitating adult-learning & executive coaching; strategic planning; ed policy; and program design. Dr. Faison boast a BA from University of Penn; EdM from Harvard; and an EdD from Vanderbilt University. She is entirely enthusiastic about and committed to helping leaders & organizations move past challenges, uncover growth opportunities, cultivate joy and foster innovation through strategic solutions.

Professional certifications include: • MBTI Step I & II Certification • SmarterU LMS Administrator Certification • CAPM Exam Prep Completion • SHRM Certification (in progress)

Provides indispensable support to the CEO by coordinating priorities, streamlining operations, and facilitating effective communication. Additionally, may serves as the primary client liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience. This multifaceted role bridges internal and external operations, contributing to the overall success of the company by enhancing client satisfaction and supporting executive leadership.

The role is part-time or contract-based.
